How the ARC Approval Process Works
The Celebration Residential Owners Association has design guidelines that govern many changes to the exterior of homes. ARC reviews applications to help maintain the character and consistency of the community.
Start by finding the guideline that applies to your project, such as exterior painting, roofing, landscaping, lighting, doors, windows, fences, gutters, or structural changes.
Check the requirements before purchasing materials or scheduling work. Some projects may require photos, color chips, drawings, product specifications, or contractor details.
Completed ARC applications may be dropped off at Town Hall, located at 851 Celebration Avenue, or submitted by email to townhall@ciramail.com.
Do not begin work until the applicable approval has been received. ARC applications may be reviewed online or at scheduled Architectural Review Committee meetings.
